The following food colouring below is by far the most effective with really brightening up your cakes! They are dated really well and you only need to use the tiniest amount so they last you a long time in terms of cost effect. If I’m honest, I wouldn’t recommend supermarkets own, as the colours aren’t the strongest to get the vibrant finish that you want. But that is only my personal preference as its important to choose whatever works for you!
